Terms conditions, Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping

• We ship worldwide via courier express. Cost of shipping is calculated based upon your delivery address.

• You will receive a tracking number upon shipment via email, and the parcel can be tracked on the courier website. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates, and that there can always be delays due to causes beyond our control.

• All shipments are fully insured for full value. 

• The customer is responsible for any local import taxes, fees, or duties associated with the delivery.

• If the shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of re-sending the item.

• We do not ship to PO Box address.

• We do not ship with cash on delivery.

 

Returns

• Since the shoes is made to measure and specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.

• In the case of goods with manufacturing defects, you can send a photo to the email calzoleriadefumo@hotmail.com or via Whatsapp to the number +39 3459253614, within 14 days from the day of delivery of the shipment. We will advise you on the necessary procedure.  In the case of damaged items, we will check to see that it was not damaged after delivery, and that the goods was delivered in a damaged condition. If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will have to inspect the item/s and determine if the item/s was not misused, and that the defect arose within 14 days. If we find that the goods are really defective they will be put back into production and the shipping costs will be paid by us. If we receive a pair that is claimed to be defective and after inspecting it is not the case, we will return the pair to the customer who will be responsible for the shipping expenses.

• If you need further modifications to your MTM / Bespoke shoes, which were not asked to the shoemaker prior to production. After agreeing the procedure via email or whatsapp, you can send your shoes to our laboratory. Round-trip shipping costs are always charged to the customer.
